Global rent a car brand Budget, operating under the roof of Otokoç Automotive founded in 1928 as the first investment of Koç Group in the automotive industry, is the first rental car brand of Turkey. Being the industry leader since it entered the market in 1974, Budget Turkey has the broadest rent a car network and widest vehicle fleet in the country. With the responsibility of being the first and the pioneer, it makes a significant contribution to the development of the sector and other sectors that reinforce this sector thanks to the new concepts and collaborations it develops.

With the customer satisfaction it provides, it is kept at the top by its customers and crowns its success with awards. In 2017, it made its second European investment in Ukraine. Operating in a total of 9 countries, Otokoç Automotive grew rapidly in Ukraine within a year, as in its other investments, and reached a fleet of over 35.000 vehicles. Budget History

It was founded in 1946 by Warren Budget.
Budget Turkey, Turkey's first rent a car company, was founded in 1974 under Koç Group.
The first fleet rental delivery was made to Profilo Holding with 100 vehicles, thus laying the foundations of Budget Fleet.
In 1993, international online and real-time reservations were initiated by signing an agreement with Wizard System.
The first foreign investment was made to Azerbaijan in 1974.
Budget Ukraine is part of the ABG Group, established as Budget in 2007 and as Otokoc from 2017.
Budget employs approximately 18,000 people worldwide and has an average fleet of more than 200,000 cars and vans from approximately 3,150 locations, including more than 800 airports, in more than 120 countries worldwide.

How to Rent a Car:

For individual customers, provide a driver’s license, passport, and credit card, sign the rental agreement.
For corporate customers, sign a corporate rental agreement and pay via a bank transaction.

Refund Policy:

If a pre-paid reservation is canceled 48 hours in advance, a full reimbursement is provided. Pay on arrival reservations can be canceled until check-out time without penalties.
